In a biz where you have to be your own project manager, I find it helps me be more focused.
I spent years working in industries that had project managers, both tech and advertising are built around them. Everything would halt if those women and men decided to walk out the door all at once.
Anyway, with multiple designs in various stages of development, I’ve set myself a daily knit quota for the main on the needles project. And it has to be done first, before I can let myself be distracted by all the other fun things flitting about my studio.
